Analysis of patent technology based on rigid-flex and Flexible Printed Circuit Boards

刚挠结合及挠性电路板是印制板的一个重要分支和发展方向。文章通过对历年来全球及中国刚挠结合及挠性线路板领域的专利进行了检索统计,并对申请量、申请人、技术领域、技术区域等专利要素进行了分析。结果表明:该技术领域目前仍处于高速发展期,全球发展重心已转移到中国,该技术领域涉及的学科具有复杂和多样性。

Rigid-flexible and flexible PCB are an important branch and development direction of PCB. This paper analyzes the patents of the global and Chinese rigid-flexible and flexible PCB in the past years, and analyzes the patent application volume, applicants, technical fields and technical regions. The results show that the technical field is still in a period of rapid development, and the global development focus has shifted to China;the disciplines involved in this technology field are complex and diverse.
