Exploring the effective service of effective family contracted medical care under the new form

家庭医疗签约服务是在国家经济发展与社会进步前提下,人们对社会保障服务水平提出的更高要求,医疗服务是一个重要的公共服务项目之一,是当前人们所关心的"病有所医"的社会热点,国内推行的家庭医疗签约服务要与西方国家有本质区别,服务对象是全民,是普惠性的民生服务,而非只是少数中产阶级以上群体享受的专门服务,服务层次多,服务群体数量大,面临问题复杂。本文以分析我国构建家庭医疗签约服务的必要性、现状、面临的问题及有效落实到实处等问题,对如何建立可持续发展的新型家庭医疗服务助力体系,做好普通大众家庭健康的安全卫士等内容进行有效性探索。

Under the premise of national economic development and social progress,people have put forward a high demand for social security services,and medical care is one of the important public service items.At present,people are concerned about the social hotspot of"getting medical care for the sick".The domestic contract service for family medical care must be fundamentally different from that of Western countries.The service target is the people's livelihood service that the whole people should enjoy.It is not just a specialized service that is enjoyed by a small number of middle class and above.It has a large number of service groups and faces complex problems.Based on the analysis of the necessity,present situation,problems and effective implementation of the contract service for family medical care in China,this paper analyzes how to establish a new type of family medical service system for sustainable development.We will explore the effectiveness of the safety guard for the general public's family health.
