摘要 提出1种活性炭烟气净化系统的喷氨量控制方法,根据喷氨量多参数计算模型得出喷氨量目标值,从而自动调节喷氨量,实现精确闭环控制。该方法无须操作人员反复调节喷氨量目标值,自动化程度高,节省氨使用量的同时又减少了氨气逃逸带来的二次污染。 An ammonia injection amount control method for the activated carbon-based flue gas purification system is proposed,and the target value of ammonia injection amount is calculated according to the multi-parameter calculation model of ammonia injection,so as to automatically adjust the amount of ammonia injection and realize accurate closed-loop control.This method does not need the operator to adjust the target value of ammonia injection repeatedly and is has a high degree of automation,which can save the amount of ammonia gas and avoid the secondary pollution caused by the escape of ammonia gas.
