Selection of purification process for sintering flue gas under new environmental protection situation

摘要 介绍了烧结烟气净化工艺的发展和脱硝技术的现状,并从河钢邯钢实践出发对选择活性炭净化烧结烟气工艺的原因进行了阐述。同时,进一步介绍了活性炭脱硫脱硝工艺在邯钢的应用情况,并就该工艺大范围推广应用后出现的关键问题进行了总结。最后针对当前环保形势下烧结烟气净化工艺的选择提出了几点建议,以期为广大同行提供参考。 The development of sintering flue gas purification process and present situation of denirtification technology are introduced,and starting from the Han Steel practice of HBIS group,the reasons for selection of activated carbon-based sintering flue gas purification process are given.Meanwhile,the application conditions of activated carbon-based desulphurization and denitrification processes in Han Steel are further introduced,and the key problems occurring after wide promotion of activated carbon based flue gas purification process are also summarized.Finally several suggestions are proposed in view of the selection of purification process for sintering flue gas under the environmental protection situation,hoping to provide reference for people in the same industry.
