摘要
为解决杜儿坪矿72909综采工作面煤壁易片帮的问题,通过对煤壁注水稳定性控制技术原理及不同含水率下煤壁稳定性的数值模拟分析,结合72909工作面的具体地质条件,对工作面超前预注水方案进行具体设计,并对实施后的效果进行分析。结果表明,煤体含水率在4%~5%时有利于保证煤壁稳定;工作面进行注水作业后,煤壁片帮的频率降低了约80%。
In order to solve the problem of the coal wall rib spalling in 72909 fully mechanized mining face, numerical simulation of coal wall water injection stability control were analyzed, combined with the specific geological conditions of72909 working face, the concrete design of the working face advance water injection scheme was carried out, and the implementation effect was analyzed. The results showed that when the moisture content of coal was 4%~5%, the coal wall was stable. After water injection in the working face, the rib spalling frequency of coal wall was reduced by about 80%.
