摘要
阳煤集团碾沟煤业8号煤层工作面的安全回采受到底板奥灰水的威胁,为准确掌握8101工作面下部奥灰含水层引起底板突水的可能性,通过理论计算和数值模拟分析,对回采动压和承压水压力影响下底板岩层的塑性破坏深度进行了研究,确定了工作面回采期间底板塑性破坏深度,采用突水系数法分析确定8101工作面回采时易发生突水事故,设计对煤层底板进行注浆改造。现场应用效果表明,该方法提高了隔水层的强度,实现了工作面的安全高效回采。
No. 8 coal seam recovery mining threatened by limestone water, in order to accurately get the possibility of water inrush, through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis, the mining dynamic pressure and confined water pressure under the influence of plastic failure depth of floor strata was studied. The plastic failure depth of floor was settled during the working face recovery mining, and the water inrush coefficient method was adopted to analyze, with convince that water inrush accident was easy to occur during the working face recovery mining. The results of field application showed that this method successfully improved the strength of waterproof layer and realized safe and efficient mining of working face.
