摘要 液压支架是一种用于综采工作面的支护设备,能够为人员和设备提供安全的作业空间。开滦煤田地质条件复杂,液压支架在使用过程中极易出现底座前端下陷扎底的现象,影响支架的正常拉移和工作面的推进。针对这一情况,需在液压支架底座前端设置抬底装置配合推移装置,以ZY6400/21/45支架为例,提出了一种针对液压支架抬底装置进行改造优化设计的可行方法,实践表明,优化后的抬底装置的结构和性能有了很大提高。 The hydraulic support is a supporting device for the fully mechanized mining face, which can provide safe working space for personnel and equipment. The geological conditions of the Kailuan coalfield are complicated. In the process of using the hydraulic support, the front of the base is likely to sink down, which affects the normal mining and support advancement of the working surface. In view of this situation, it is necessary to provide a bottom lifting device and a pushing device at the front end of the hydraulic support base. The ZY6400/21/45 support was taken as an example, a feasible method for the optimization design of the hydraulic support bottoming device was proposed. The structure and performance of the optimized bottom lifting device was greatly improved.
