摘要 目前很多煤矿的井下排水设备的启动、停止完全依靠人工,井下作业人员对积水区域的水位情况进行定期检查,然后自行判断是否启动排水,在实际应用中不仅人工劳动量大、控制流程复杂,而且无法应对突发的涌水事故,给煤矿井下的安全生产造成了极大的安全隐患。针对这一情况,为提升煤矿井下排水系统工作的可靠性,以李雅庄煤矿为例,提出了一种具有高度智能化和自动化的煤矿井下水位监测系统,能够对积水区域水位进行不间断监测,同时根据水位变化情况自动控制排水系统的启动和停止,提升了井下排水系统工作的安全性和可靠性。 The start and stop of underground drainage equipment in many coal mines relied entirely on labor. Underground workers regularly checked the water level of the water accumulation area, and then judged whether to start drainage. In practice, with the large labor volume and complex control process, it was complex and could not cope with sudden water surge accidents, caused great safety hazards to the safe mining. In view of this situation, in order to improve the reliability of underground mine drainage system work, Liyazhuang Mine was taken as an example, a highly intelligent and automated coal mine underground water level monitoring system was proposed, which could continuously monitor the water level in the water accumulation area. At the same time, according to the change of water level, the start and stop of the drainage system were automatically controlled, which improved the safety and reliability of the underground drainage system.
