摘要
煤矿用锂离子蓄电池的安全性是在各种测试条件下不出现冒烟、着火、爆炸等现象,确保人员在电池滥用的条件下不受伤害。从锂离子蓄电池设计和制作工艺等方面,分析影响锂离子蓄电池安全性能的因素,并进一步分析锂离子蓄电池组安全性的关键问题,通过两种途径改善锂离子蓄电池的安全性,解决了锂离子蓄电池的安全问题。
The safety of lithium-ion batteries for coal mines is that the smoke, fire or explosion are forbidden under various test conditions, without personal harm under the conditions of battery abuse. From the aspects of lithium ion battery design and manufacturing process, the factors affecting the safety performance of lithium ion batteries were analyzed, and further the key issues of lithium ion battery pack safety was studied, the safety of lithium ion batteries through two ways were improved to solve the lithium ion battery safety issues.
