摘要
五阳煤矿7611高抽巷为硬岩巷道,巷道掘进采用了中深孔爆破技术,在掘进的过程中出现凿岩速度慢和劳动强度大的问题。为了提高7611高抽巷的掘进速度,通过实验和对比分析的方法,并结合现场地质条件,研究提出了实现7611高抽巷钻、装、运平行掘进的设备组成的机械化作业线,即钻装一体机+皮带运输机。现场应用表明,巷道掘进速度较原来有了明显提高。
7611 high pumping alley of Wuyang Mine was a hard rock roadway, the medium and deep hole blasting technology was adopted, and the problem of slow drilling speed and great labor intensity happened during mining. In order to improve the mining speed of the 7611 high pumping alley, through the method of experiment and contrastive analysis, combined with the field geological conditions, the mechanized operation line composed of drilling, installation and transportation equipment of 7611 high-pumping roadway was put forward, namely drilling and installation machine+ belt conveyer. The field application showed that the mining speed was improved obviously.
