摘要
分析了带式输送机语音通信的实际需求,设计了一种带式输送机语音通信系统的实现方案,重点阐述了系统组成、电路设计和软件设计,系统包含上位机、语音模块和报警模块,上位机通过Modbus-RTU与报警模块通信,传输故障告警和安全提示的语音数据,语音模块和报警模块通过模拟语音信号连接。语音模块具有打点、讲话和扩播功能,包括电池充电管理、拾音器信号放大处理、音频信号扬声器播放和打点信号产生4个部分。报警模块采用FreeModbus协议栈实现Modbus-RTU通信,将上位机传输来的语音播放指令转化为模拟语音信号传输到沿线。此种方案已在煤矿现场应用,系统运行稳定,达到了设计目的。
The actual requirements of voice communication of belt conveyor were analyzed. An implementation scheme of voice communication system for belt conveyor was designed, with analysis of system composition, circuit design and software, the system including upper computer, voice module and alarm, upper computer communicated with the alarm module through Modbus-RTU, transmitting the voice data of the fault alarm and the safety prompt, and the voice module and the alarm module were connected by the analog voice signal. The voice module had the functions of dot, speech and expansion, including battery charging management, pickup signal amplification processing, audio signal speaker playback and dot signal generation. The alarm module used the FreeM odbus protocol stack to implement Modbus-RTU communication, and converted the voice playback command transmitted from the host computer into an analog voice signal for transmission along the line. This kind of scheme was applied in the coal mine field, and the system was running stably and achieved the design goal.
