矿井进风井与回风井置换井下不停风技术应用

摘要 本文以山西宁武大运华盛庄旺煤业有限责任公司的进回风井置换不停风技术为研究对象,根据该矿井的通风情况,通过分析及现场实施,将现有进风立井与回风立井进行置换,实现了在井下不停风调整,使其既能满足矿井通风需求,又能节约能耗,减少生产成本,不仅提高矿井通风安全性,还能提高经济效益,矿井调整后的通风系统体现了高产、高效、持续、有序、环保、低投入。 The application of the non-stop wind technology of the inlet and outlet wells of Shanxi Ningwu Dayun Huasheng Zhuangwang Coal Industry was taken as the research object. According to the ventilation situation of the mine, through the analysis and on-site implementation, the existing inlet shaft and return shaft were replaced, which enabled to meet the mine ventilation requirements, save energy and reduce production costs, not only improve the safety of mine ventilation, but also with economic efficiency. The adjusted ventilation system of the mine realized high production, high efficiency, continuous,orderly, environmentally friendly and low investment.
