三河口矿3煤层指标气体优选及自燃“三带”划分 被引量:5

摘要 为了确保三河口煤矿2332工作面的高效安全开采,采用程序升温实验和现场测量采空区O2浓度随工作面推进距离的方法,研究表征工作面自然发火的指标性气体,确定采空区自燃"三带"范围,结果表明,3煤层自然发火的主要指标性气体为CO和C2H4,辅助预测指标为C2H4/C2H6;进风侧散热带0~70.9 m,氧化带70.9~151 m,窒息带>151 m;回风侧散热带0~54.5 m,氧化带54.5~121 m,窒息带>121m。2332工作面最小安全推进速度计算为1.16 m/d,为防治2332工作面采空区煤炭自燃提供理论指导。 In order to ensure the efficient and safe mining of the 2332 working face of Sanhekou Mine, a temperature-programmed experiment and on-site measurement of the O2 concentration in the goaf along the working surface were used to study the index gas characterizes and the spontaneous combustion of the working face. The range of self-ignition "three belts" showed that the main index gases of natural combustion in No. 3 coal seams were CO and C2 H4, the auxiliary prediction index was C2 H4/C2 H6,the heat dissipation zone on the inlet side was 0 ~ 70.9 m, and the oxidation zone was70.9 ~ 151 m, the choking zone>151 m;the return air side heat sink was 0 to 54.5 m, the oxidation zone 54.5 to 121 m, and the asphyxiation zone >121 m. The minimum safe propulsion speed of 2332 working face was calculated to be 1.16 m/d,which provided theoretical guidance for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of 2332 working face.
