CFB锅炉粉煤灰无害化处理技术研究与应用

摘要 以煤矿矸石电厂CFB锅炉粉煤灰为研究对象,通过物理、化学活化作用,对粉煤灰进行活化,开发出系列粉煤灰基矿物胶结材料,广泛应用于煤矿井下巷道喷浆、注浆、井下充填开采等工程。结果表明,通过对粉煤灰进行无害化处理,变废为宝,实现了煤矸石-电-粉煤灰综合利用的绿色闭路循环模式。 Taking the fly ash of CFB boiler of coal gangue power plant as the research object, through physical and chemical activation, the fly ash was activated, and a series of fly ash-based mineral cementing materials were developed,which are widely used in underground roadway grouting, grouting, underground filling and mining projects. The results show that the green closed-circuit circulation mode of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, electricity and fly ash was realized by innocuous treatment of fly ash and turning waste into treasure.
