摘要
针对某公司生产过程中产生高浓度废水,难以直接采用常规、简单生化方法进行处理的情况,在原有污水处理工艺中增加了过氧化氢预处理过程。运行结果表明,改造后的"过氧化氢预处理+生化法"组合工艺能够处理高浓度废水(原水COD高达12 400mg/L),出水满足COD <500 mg/L的接管标准。
In view of the high concentration wastewater produced in a production process of company, which is difficult to be treated directly by conventional and simple biochemical methods, the hydrogen peroxide pretreatment process was added to the original wastewater treatment process. The operation results show that the combined process of hydrogen peroxide pretreatment and biochemical method can treat high concentration wastewater( COD of raw water is up to 12 400 mg/L),and the effluent meets the acceptance standard of COD < 500 mg/L.
