核心素养下"法·情·势"融合的治班方略--以JXNU小学六年级(1)班为例

摘要 本文以JXNU小学六(1)班级建设个案为例,阐述核心素养下的法情势交融的治班特色方略。为了促进学生全面发展,作为班主任,确立“法情势融合”的治班理念,制定重素养发展和“班币制”的班级规则,组织开展新颖有趣的班级特色活动,开设“魅力语文”和“动感数学”并举学科拓展式的班本课程,形成“扎根生成式”的班级文化,进行深度多元的家校合作,与学生、家长共创和谐民主、特色鲜明,生机勃勃的班级。 This paper takes the sixth grade(1) construction case of JXNU elementary school as an example, and expounds the characteristics of the governing class of the integration of"law,emotion and influence "under the core accomplishment.In order to promote the comprehensive development of students ,as a teacher in charge, establishment of"law,emotion and influence "class for the integration of the idea,develop heavy literacy development and class rule for class currency,the organizational characteristics of new and interesting class activities,open "magic language" and "domestic mathematics" simultaneously expanding class of this course,form a "rooted generation" class culture,In-depth parent-school cooperative diversity, create harmonious democracy with students, parents, characteristic, class of vitality.
