穴位按摩对老年功能性便秘患者症状与精神状态的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of acupoint massage on the symptoms and mental state of elderly patients with functional constipation

目的:探讨穴位按摩对老年功能性便秘(FC)患者症状与精神状态的影响。方法:收集2017年10月-2018年1月收治的老年FC患者197例,分为药物组99例,给予常规通便药物治疗;穴位组98例,在药物治疗基础上增加腹部穴位按摩,两组疗程均为6个月。采用便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)和焦虑/抑郁精神量表(SAS/SDS)评估患者治疗前、治疗2个月和6个月时的评分。结果:两组治疗后PAC-SYM评分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.001)。治疗2个月后,穴位组PAC-SYM评分明显低于药物组(P <0.01);6个月后评分仍低于药物组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组治疗后SAS/SDS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05)。治疗2个月后,穴位组SAS/SDS评分略低于药物组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);6个月后评分明显低于药物组(P <0.05)。结论:腹部穴位按摩可增强通便药物的疗效,对FC患者焦虑、抑郁等精神状态的改善有较为显著的远期效应,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of acupoint massage on symptoms and mental state of elderly patients with functional constipation(FC). Methods: A total of 197 elderly FC patients admitted from October 2017 to January 2018 were collected and divided into a drug group with 99 cases who were treated with conventional laxative medication;an acupoint group with 98 cases were given abdominal acupoint massage on the basis of the drug therapy, and the treatment course of both groups was 6 months. The patient assessment of constipation symptoms(PAC-SYM) and the self-rating anxiety/depression psychiatric scale(SAS/SDS) were used to evaluate the patients’ scores before treatment and after treatment of 2 and 6 months.Results: PAC-SYM scores of both groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.001). After2 months of treatment, the PAC-SYM score of the acupoint group was significantly lower than that of the drug group(P<0.01);after 6 months, the score of the acupoint group was still lower than that of the drug group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the SAS/SDS scores of the acupoint group was slightly lower than that of the drug group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 6 months, the score of the acupoint group was significantly lower than that of the drug group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupoint massage can enhance the efficacy of laxative drugs, and it has a significant long-term effect on the improvement of mental state such as anxiety and depression in FC patients, and can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
