摘要 随着移动互联网、物联网和云计算等高科技的发展,以及知识经济、消费主义和众包模式的兴起,传统以技术研发为主导的创新模式已经难以适应互联网智能时代复杂多变的市场环境和快速迭代的消费需求。基于该背景,一种新型的TDBMC整合创新模式被提出,以满足新兴科技企业的创新需求,但该模式尚未获得科学验证。基于维度观的TDBMC整合创新概念模型,围绕创新维度整合→整合创新能力→创新绩效的思路提出机理模型和相关假设,验证了企业实施TDBMC整合创新模式的主要路径,最后给出结论并提出未来研究方向。 In the 21st century, with the development of the internet, mobile communications, internet of things, cloud computing and big data, etc., and the rise of the knowledge economy, consumerism and crowdsourcing, the traditional innovation mode led by technology innovation has become difficult to adapt to the complex and volatile market environment and rapid iteration of consumer demand during internet and intelligent era. Based on this background, a new and more effective TDBMC integrated innovation model was proposed to meet the innovation needs of emerging technology companies, but this model has not yet been scientifically verified. Therefore, the article proposes a mechanism model and related assumptions based on the conceptual model of TDBMC integrated innovation and the idea of integration of innovation dimensions→integrated innovation capabilities→innovation performance. After the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire survey data, a structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the main path for the enterprise to implement the TDBMC integrated innovation model. Finally, the conclusions and future research directions are given.
