摘要 目的从西双版纳粗榧内生真菌菌株也Aspergillus sp.CM112中分离和鉴定抗菌活性产物。方法.采用反相硅胶色谱、凝胶色谱和HPLC等分离技术,对菌株CM112的发酵产物进行分离纯化;通过ID、2DNMR、HR-ESI-MS以及旋光数据进行结构测定。结果鉴定了5个bisabolane型倍半萜的结构,包括两个新化合物(7S,11S)-(+)-ll-hydroxyl-sydonol(l)和(7S,11S)-(+)-11-hydroxylaspergiterpenoidA(2)以及3个己知化合物(7S,11S)-(+)-l1-hydroxysydonicacid(3),(7S,1lS)-(+)-ll,12-dihydroxysydonicacid(4)和(7S;11S)-(+)-12-hydroxysydonicacid(5);并通过纸片扩散法测试了它们对3株病原细菌的抗菌活性。结论化合物1和2是新的bisabolane型倍半蔽,2和3为抗菌活性成分。 Objective To isolate and identify the antibacterial active constituents from Aspergillus sp. CM 112, which was isolated from the stems of Cephalotaxus mannii Hook. f. collected in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, China. Methods Fermentation extract was purified with column chromatography including MPLC, Sephadex LH- 20, and HPLC. The structures were identified based on the spectroscopy profiles of ID, 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS and their optical rotation data. Results Five phenolic bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoids including two new (1~2) and three known ones (3~5) were isolated from the cultivation extract of J s p . CM 112. Their structures were elucidated to be (7S,11S)-(+)-l 1-hydroxyl-sydonol (1),(75,115)-(+)-l 1-hydroxyl aspergiterpenoid A (2),(7S,11S)-(+)- 11-hydroxysydonic acid (3),(7S,11S)-(+)-l 1,12-dihydroxysydonic acid (4) and (7S,11S)-(+)-12-hydroxysydonic acid (5). Conclusion Two new phenolic bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoids (1 and 2) were obtained, and compounds 2 and 3 are the active constituents against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923.
