跨国公司能促使中国供应商实施企业社会责任吗?

Can Multinational Companies Motivate Chinese Suppliers to Implement Corporate Social Responsibility?

从全球供应链视角,针对跨国公司如何激励新兴国家的供应商履行企业社会责任这一问题,构建了一个由中国供应商和跨国公司组成的两阶段供应链博弈模型,研究中国供应商实施社会责任以及跨国公司提供协调契约时对供应链均衡运作结果的影响。研究发现:供应商实施社会责任程度的增加,会带来产品需求和利益相关者的收益增加,但供应商经济收益则会降低;产品绿色度的增加,有助于提高产品需求和利益相关者的收益,但是供应商经济收益的变化受社会责任程度和绿色生产效率的共同影响;基于收益共享的供应链契约,可以实现供应链系统协调。最后通过数值仿真探讨了收益共享比例和供应商实施社会责任程度对产品绿色度、供应商收益和跨国公司收益的影响。

From the perspective of global supply chain,in view of how multinational corporations can motivate suppliers in emerging countries to fulfill corporate social responsibility,a two-stage supply chain game model consisting of a Chinese supplier and a multinational buyer is constructed to study the impact of Chinese supplier’s implementation of social responsibility and multinational corporation’s coordination contract on the results of supply chain equilibrium operations.The study shows that an increase in the degree of Chinese supplier’s CSR increases the product demand and the stakeholders’economic profit,but reduces the supplier’s economic return;the products demand and the stakeholders’benefits increase with the product greenness improvement,but the changes in the economic profit of Chinese supplier’s are affected by the degree of CSR and green production efficiency.The supply chain system coordination can be achieved based on revenue sharing contract.Finally,the effects of revenue sharing ratio and supplier’s CSR degree on product greenness,supplier income and multinational corporation’s earnings are discussed by numerical simulation.
