配电物联网智能终端的概念及应用 被引量:70

摘要 随着社会经济的发展,配电网向着信息化、智能化的配电物联网(D-IoT)方向发展,作为其基础元件和核心设备,智能终端吸引了大批制造商、IT企业、科研院所和国家政府部门的密切关注。以配电物联网建设需求为基础,总结了配电物联网建设背景下的智能终端的内涵及基本特征,给出了智能终端硬件的基本结构和软件的重要组成,并以最新研制的智能配变终端为例,总结了配电物联网智能终端在计算、存储、通信等方面为配电网向能源互联网转型发展所带来的变化。试点应用成效表明,智能终端的开放式架构除了可以支撑未来配电业务的各种数据采集需求、降低设备改造成本、提高运维效率外,还可以助推配电网由被动管理向主动管理的模式变革。 With the development of social economy,distribution network is developing towards distribution internet of things(D-IoT)which is informationization and intelligence.As the basic component and core equipment of distribution internet of things,smart terminals have drawn great attentions from a large number of manufacturers,IT enterprises,scientific research institutes and national government departments.This paper introduces the fundamental characteristics,hardware components and software infrastructure of a smart terminal following the requirement of D-IoT.This paper also discusses the benefits brought by application of a typical smart terminal product deployed at the distribution transformer.The results of the pilot application show that the open architecture of intelligent terminals can not only support various data acquisition requirements of future distribution business,reduce equipment transformation costs and improve operation and maintenance efficiency,but also promote the management change of distribution network from passive to active.
