基于气流场分析的强迫风冷封闭母线热分析 被引量:7

摘要 强迫风冷封闭母线为大容量电能的传递提供了解决方案。利用ANSYS仿真软件建立强迫风冷封闭母线热分析模型,通过电磁场、气流场、温度场的耦合分析实现了封闭母线温度场稳态计算,并采用多种湍流模型仿真结果与现场封闭母线温度实测结果进行对比,得到基于Standard k-ε湍流模型的仿真结果与实测结果误差在3℃以内,具有较好的一致性和准确性的结论。通过进一步分析发现:两边相进风系统冷却效果优于中间相进风系统;母线长度对温度分布影响较小;随着气流量的增大封闭母线的温度有逐渐下降的趋势。研究结果可为封闭母线尺寸设计、强迫风冷类型选取以及风机功率的选择提供参考。 The forced air-cooling enclosed bus provides a solution for the transmission of large capacity energy.Consequently,we established a thermal analysis model of forced air-cooling enclosed bus based on the ANSYS simulation software,and calculated the temperature field of enclosed bus by the coupling analysis of electromagnetic field,airflow field and temperature field.By comparing the simulation results of various turbulence models with the measured temperature results of field enclosed bus,it is concluded that the simulation results based on Standard k-εturbulence model have a good consistency and accuracy,and the error between the simulation results and the measured results is less than 3℃.The further simulation results show that the cooling effect of the two-side phase inlet system is better than that of the single middle inlet system.The bus length has a negligible effect on the temperature distribution.With the increase of the air flow,the temperature of the enclosed bus gradually decreases.The research will provide a reference for the design of enclosed bus size,the selection of forced air cooling type,and the power selection of the fan.
