核心评价指标体系框架下纽约体育发展现状研究及其对上海的启示

Study of the Development Status of Sports in New York by Using Key Evaluation Index System and the Enlightenment to Shanghai

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等科研方法,在对全球著名体育城市的概念和核心评价指标体系进行理论梳理的基础上,以重大体育赛事、职业体育俱乐部、大众体育、体育基础设施和体育产业等5个核心指标维度对美国纽约市体育发展现状进行深入研究与分析,并从政府治理的角度探讨纽约体育发展的经验。从发挥城市政府的主导作用、培育和挖掘本地职业体育俱乐部的多元价值、打造国际体育赛事之都、培育和宣传城市特色体育文化、打造体育资源聚集高地和配置平台,以及加强城市体育基础设施供给等方面,对新时代上海建设全球著名体育城市提出建议。

Based on the key evaluation index system of world renowned sports city and by methods of literature review,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this study analyzed the status quo of the city of New York's sports development in the following five dimensions: major sporting events,professional sports clubs,mass sports,sports infrastructures and sports industry. Its experiences were discussed from a management point of view. Finally,suggestions were given to Shanghai as follows. That is to enhance the leading role of the municipal government,support local professional sports clubs, stage international sporting events,promote distinguished city sport culture,build highland of sports resources and enrich city sports infrastructures.
