基于学生体质健康提升向度的体育教师功能缺憾研究 被引量:16

摘要 体育教师是学生体质健康提升的关键要素,囿于诸多因素制约未能发挥关键效能,可视此现象为一种“缺憾”。采用访谈法、观察法等质性研究方法,并运用NVIVO8.0中文版软件处理收集的资料,分析体育教师功能缺憾原因并提出对策。缺憾原因:工作任务繁重、课堂权利受侵、利益回馈匮乏等客观因素导致教师对学生体质健康提升“异化性应答”;有效教学乏力、个体指导缺失、教学域外参与等主观因素导致教师对学生体质健康提升“缺陷性输出”。相关对策:学生体质健康提升既要符合“道德正当性”,需要体育教师忠于教师职业、勇担学生体质健康提升使命,锤炼教学素养、追求学生体质健康科学培育;也要符合“社会合法性”,需要外界对体育教师给予利益回馈、激发体育教师教学工作动力,优化教学生态、实现体育教师教学重心转移。 PE teacher is the key factor for students physical health promotion but they has not displayed their full functions. By the method of literature,qualitative research, this paper discusses the reason behind PE teacher afunction for students physical health and the solutions. Conclusion: Heavy work,class rights being damaged,interests feedback missed all lead PE teachers made alienation response. It includes missing in energy,justice and drive,assisted by not enough individualized teaching and effective teaching. Meanwhile,too many activities outside teaching lead PE teacher do not perform well. Its characteristic are displayed as missing in capacity,care,responsibility. Proposals: The promotion of students' physical health need moral justification. PE teacher should be loyal to their profession,responsible for students' physical health,to improve teaching skill and to promote teaching effect. Social legitimacy is also in bad need. Meanwhile,it is of great importance to give PE teacher interests feedback,to stimulate physical health work motion,to optimize teaching environment,and to help to teaching work.
