摘要 针对当前实验室环境监测系统检测准确率低的问题,设计基于激光视觉传感器的实验室异常检测系统,系统整体由上位机和下位机两部分构成,通过激光视觉传感器获取实验室内原始图像,采用计算机完成原始图像的处理和模式识别,实现对实验室异常情况的有效监督;声光报警模块通过单片机接口以某个频率输出低电流促使LED发光电路发光,实现对实验室异常的有效预警;温湿度检测和可燃气体检测的实现,完成实验室温湿度和可燃气体的准确检测。实验结果说明,所设计系统的系统响应能力强,实验室异常检测错误率最高不超过0.55%,具有较高的检测准确性。 Aiming at the accuracy of the laboratory environment monitoring system based on wireless sensing to detect temperature and humidity anomalies in the laboratory,a laboratory anomaly detection system based on laser vision sensors is designed.The system is composed of two parts:the upper computer and the lower computer.The original image in the laboratory is obtained by laser vision sensor,and the processing and pattern recognition of the original image are completed by computer.The acoustic and optical alarm module outputs low current at a certain frequency through a single-chip microcomputer interface to cause LED light emitting circuits to realize effective warning of laboratory anomalies;The test of temperature and humidity and the test of combustible gas are realized,and the accurate test of laboratory temperature and humidity and combustible gas is completed.The experimental results show that the system has a strong response ability,and the error rate of laboratory anomaly detection does not exceed 0.55%,which has high detection accuracy.
