摘要
简要介绍热轧无缝钢管斜轧穿孔机的基本情况,从斜轧穿孔原理方面对比曼式(桶形辊)穿孔机与锥形辊穿孔机的特点;分析现有斜轧穿孔机的工艺及设备结构存在的问题,提出具体改进提升的方法,并介绍一种新型高刚性斜轧穿孔机。新型高刚性斜轧穿孔机前台采用坯料主动旋转对中引入的设计,主机采用侧向换辊、全封闭框架结构,后台采用在线顶杆交替快速更换装置等,提高了穿孔效率和毛管外表面质量、壁厚精度,降低了生产成本。
Basic conditions of rotary piercing mills for hot-rolled seamless steel tube are briefly introduced, comparing Mannesmann ( barrel type) piercer and cone type piercer for their piercing principles. Problems of the current rotary piercing process and the equipment structure are analyzed, an improving method is put forward and a new type of high rigidity rotary piercing mill is introduced. This new type of high rigidity rotary piercing mill adopts a design involving a billlet initiative rotating and centering mechanism on the front table, a lateral roll changing method and a fully-closed frame structure on the main body, and an on-line mandrel switching and quick changing device on the rear table. Therefore the piercing efficiency, the outer surface quality and the wall thickness precision of shells are increased and production cost is reduced.
