摘要 简述3种热扩管工艺的特点、优势;分析中频感应加热顶推式热扩管工艺参数对扩管变形的影响,并指出扩管时应注意的问题。分析认为:中频感应加热顶推式热扩管工艺虽然对整支管坯非同时进行整体加热,但与整体加热扩管工艺相比,加热方式对扩管变形没有明显影响;应加强管坯质量和变形区管坯温度的控制,选择合理变形参数,扩制后进行整体热处理,并加强成品钢管的质量检验。 Briefed are the characteristics and advantages of three types of hot expanding processes. The influence of the intermediate frequency induction heating and plug pushing hot expanding process on the expanded pipe is analyzed, and notable problems are pointed out. The analysis leads to the following conclusions. A blank is not simultaneously heated on its entire length in an intermediate frequency induction heating and plug pushing hot expanding process, but, comparing to the overall heating and hot expanding process, this heating method has no obvious influence on pipe deformation. The quality of blanks as well as blank temperatures at deforming areas shall be well controlled. Reasonable deforming parameters shall be chosen. Pipes after expanding shall receive overall heat treatment. Quality inspection on finished pipes shall be enhanced.
