提高Ф50 m环形加热炉热效率的措施

摘要 分析某公司Ф50 m环形加热炉投产初期的情况;针对投产初期存在问题进行改进:建立合理的环形炉运行与维护方案,管理燃烧系统,增大有效换热面积,以及优化待轧降温制度,建立待轧降温预警机制和燃气实时查询录入系统与绩效考核制度等。通过改造,逐步降低了Ф50 m环形加热炉的天然气消耗,提高其热效率至60%以上。 The condition of the Ф50 m RHF of a certain company in its early start-up stage is analyzed and corresponding improvements are put forward, including establishing a reasonable operation and maintenance plan for RHF, managing the combustion system, increasing effective heat exchange area, optimizing the temperature decreasing mechanism at interruptions, creating a warning system for temperature decreasing at interruptions, a real-time gas inquiring and entering system and a performance assessment system etc. Through these revamping measures, the gas consumption of the Ф50 m RHF is gradually decreased, and the heat efficiency is increased to more than 60%.
