摘要
以纳米铜为主要抗磨剂制备成的铜基复合纳米减摩涂料,应用于经过喷砂前处理的NC38钻杆和K55及L80油套管螺纹表面,通过摩擦磨损试验以及全尺寸上卸扣试验研究其减摩和抗螺纹黏结性能。试验结果表明:铜基复合纳米减摩涂料固化后可在螺纹喷砂层上形成一层附着力较强的铜质金属薄层,能够极大地降低金属接触面的摩擦因数,从而有效地消除石油专用管材螺纹连接处黏结现象的发生;该石油专用管材螺纹连接用铜基复合纳米减摩涂料专利技术可替代目前的镀铜以及高温磷化等处理方式,更好地满足当前和未来严格的环保要求,属于创新型无污染接箍螺纹表面处理技术。
A copper-based composite nano friction reducing coating (AFRICO) containing nano-copper as major antifriction agent is applied to the sand-blasted thread surfaces of NC38 drill pipes and K55 and L80 oil casings, in order to study its friction reducing and anti-galling properties. The results indicate that AFRICO after curing will form a copperbased thin metal layer with strong adhesion on the thread sand-blasted layer, which can reduce the friction coefficient of the metal contact surface and so effectively eliminate galling of OCTG threads. This technology can replace current treatments such as copper plating and high temperature phosphating. It is an innovative non-pollution coupling thread surface treatment technology satisfying relevant environment protection requirements.
