河南粳稻新品系的遗传多样性分析 被引量:2

Genetic Diversity of the New Japonica Rice in Henan Province

摘要 为探究河南粳稻遗传多样性,利用水稻农艺性状和SSR分子标记对22份粳稻新品系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在13对引物中共检测出40个等位基因,每个位点平均3.1个等位基因,引物多态性指数为0.208,平均遗传相似系数为0.701。8个农艺性状主成分分析发现,生育期是反映品系间差异的最主要成分。以遗传相似性系数和生育期为指标聚类分析,在欧氏距离为9处将22份粳稻新品系分为4大类。豫南粳稻的多态性位点、多态位点百分率(PPB)、Nei’s基因多样性指数(H值)、Shannon’s多态性信息指数(I值)高于沿黄粳稻,生育期比沿黄粳稻短。 To explore the genetic diversity of Henan japonica rice,22 new varieties of japonica rice were used to analyze genetic diversity with agronomic traits and SSR molecular markers.The results showed that 40 polymorphic bands were detected from the 13 SSR primers,with the average of 3.1 bands per pair of primers.The index of polymorphism of primers was 0.208,and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.701.In terms of the principal component analysis with the 8 agronomic traits,the growth period was the main principal component to reflect differences among varieties.For the cluster analysis with genetic similarity coefficient and growth period,22 new varieties of japonica rice were divided into 4 clusters at the Euclidean distance of 9.The polymorphic locus,the values of percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB),the Nei's gene diversity index(H)and Shannon's polymorphism information index(I)of japonica in southern Henan were higher than that in regions alongside Huanghe river of Henan,but the growth period of japonica in Yunan were shorter than that in Yanhuang.
