康复新配合甘露醇含漱对急性放射性食管炎的疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Kang Fu Xin with Homemade DL-Mannitou Collutory in Curing Acute Radiation Esophagitis

目的:观察不同方法治疗肺癌患者胸部放疗所致急性放射性食管炎的疗效。方法:2013年3月至2015年12月,贵州省人民医院肿瘤科及遵义医学院附属医院肿瘤医院收治的70例出现急性放射性食管炎的患者随机分为两组,观察组(35例),口服康复新液及含服自制甘露醇含漱液(甘露醇+利多卡因+地塞米松);对照组(35例),地塞米松注射液静脉滴注。结果:观察组有效率为88.57%,对照组为60.00%,观察组有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:康复新液配合甘露醇含漱液含漱对急性放射性食管炎安全有效。

Objective Observe the therapeutic effect of curing acute radiation esophagitis caused radiotherapy in the breast of lung cancer patients by different methods. Method From March 2013 to December 2015, 70 patients with acute radiation esophagitis are divided into two groups;the Experimental Group(35 patients) took Kang Fu Xin and DL-Mannitou collutory(Mannitol+lidocaine dexamethasone) made by ourselves orally, while Control Group(35 patients) was injected with lidocaine.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%, and that of the control group was 60%. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Kang Fu Xin with DL-Mannitou collutory works effectively and safely.
