333名区县级妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员继续医学教育现状及需求分析

Analysis on situation and demands of continuing medical education among 333 health technicians in district and county-level maternal and child health care institutions

目的分析了解我国333名区县级妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员继续医学教育现状及需求,为进一步开展妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员继续医学教育提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样法,选取章丘区、铁西区、古交市、彭阳县4所区县级妇幼保健机构的卫生技术人员进行问卷调查。调查内容包括基本情况、继续医学教育现状及需求等。结果87.7%调查对象接受过培训/进修,最近一次培训时长以3天内为主,地点主要在本院,形式主要为学术专题讲座,内容主要为专业新进展。继续教育学分获取渠道主要是网络课堂和单位培训。继续医学教育需求最大的前两项专业是妇科、儿科临床,内容需求最大的前三项是新动态及进展、急危重症的诊疗与处理和常见病诊疗与处理,需求最大的前两项培训形式是专家课堂讲座和上级机构短期进修。继续医学教育需求中,在专业上,临床人员对妇科儿科临床需求最大;保健人员,职称越高、工作年限越长,对妇幼保健专业需求越大。在内容上,保健和医技人员、职称越高、工作年限越长,对专业最新动态及进展的需求越大;临床人员对急危重症的诊疗与处理需求大于保健和医技人员。在形式上,保健和医技人员、工作10年以上者,对专家课堂讲座的需求最大;受教育程度越高者,其上级机构短期进修的需求最大。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区县级妇幼保健机构专业技术人员继续教育需求较大,且尚不能满足需求。建议完善继续医学教育制度,以需求为导向,开展个性化多样化的继续医学教育。

Objective To analyze the situation and demands of continuing medical education(CME)among 333 health technicians in district and county-level maternity and child care institutions(MCH)in China,and provide reference for the further development of CME for health technicians in MCH.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,the health technicians from four district and county-level MCH in Zhangqiu District,Tiexi District,Gujiao City and Pengyang County were selected,and surveyed their basic information,situation and needs of CME.Results 87.7%of the respondents had trained/advanced studies.The last training time was mainly 3 days.The venue was mainly for their institute.The form was mainly for academic topics,and the content was mainly for professional new progress.Credit acquisition channels are mainly online classes and their institutions training.The top two discipline demand for CME are gynecology and paediatrics.The top three content demand are the new developments and progresses,the treatment of critical illnesses,and treatment of common diseases.The top two form demand are expert lectures and short-term study at a higher level institution.Different health technicians have some differences in the demand for CME.Conclusion Health technicians in district and county-level MCH has a large demand for CME.It is recommended to improve CME system in district and county-level MCH and to develop a personalized and diverse CME based on demand.
