染发与卵巢早衰相关性的Meta分析

Meta analysis of correlation between dyeing hair and premature ovarian failure

目的通过Meta分析探讨染发与卵巢早衰的相关性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(维普)、万方中华医学会数字化期刊(万方)、中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI),检索时间从数据库建库起至2017年6月,检索有关染发与卵巢早衰相关的文献,纳入符合标准的随机对照试验(RCTs),根据Cochrane Handbook 5.0版所表述的质量评价标准对纳入的文献进行质量评价,采用Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V2软件对纳入的文献数据进行Meta分析。结果P>0.000 01(P=0.439),I2=0,OR=3.935,95%CI为2.744~5.642,对总体效应进行假设检验得Z值为7.450,P<0.000 01(P=0)。结论染发是促进卵巢早衰的影响因素。

Objective To investigate whether dyeing hair is an important factor to premature ovarian failure.Methods Searched the Pub Med,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),VIP journal resources integration service platform(VIP),Wanfang Digital Journals of Chinese Medical Association(Wan Fang),Chinese CNKI database(CNKI),retrieved from the database until Jun2017,retrieved the literature about dyeing hair associated with the premature ovarian failure.Adopted the qualified randomized controlled trial(RCTs),evaluated the quality of the included literature according to the evaluation standard of Cochrane Handbook5.0.Meta analysis of data in literature was done by Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V2 software.Results P>0.000 01(P=0.439),I2=0,OR=3.935,95%CI 2.744-5.642,Z value of the hypothesis test on the overall effect is 7.450 and P<0.000 01(P=0).Conclusion Hair Coloring is promoting factors of premature ovarian fail.
