饮食护理联合心理干预在妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇中的应用研究

Study on the application of diet nursing combined with psychological intervention in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨饮食护理联合心理干预在妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇中的应用。方法广东省罗定市妇幼保健院2014年6月-2015年4月收治的妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇50例采用普通护理,设为对照组,2015年6月-2016年4月收治的妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇50例为研究组,在对照组基础上另采用饮食护理联合心理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度,孕产妇的焦虑状态、抑郁状态和母婴结局。结果研究组护理满意人数50例(100%),对照组护理满意人数35例(70%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组焦虑评分(40.34±2.0)分,抑郁评分(37.64±2.4)分,对照组焦虑评分(45.56±2.9)分,抑郁评分(42.76±2.9)分,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后出血3例(6%),子痫1例(1%),新生儿窘迫3例(6%),并发症发生总数10例(13%);对照组产后出血10例(20%),子痫9例(18%),新生儿窘迫10例(20%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理联合心理干预应用于妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇中,能够有效提高患者满意度,减低焦虑和抑郁的程度,减少并发症的发生率,改善母婴结局,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the application of diet nursing combined with psychological intervention in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods From June 2014 to April 2015,50 cases of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were treated with general nursing,and the control group,50 cases of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in June 2014 to April 2015 were given diet nursing combined psychological intervention.Patients satisfaction with care,maternal anxiety and depression and maternal outcome were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the number of nursing satisfaction was 50 cases(100%),and the number of nursing satisfaction was 35 cases in the control group(70%).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The anxiety score(40.34±2.0),depression score(37.64±2.4)in the study group were lower than the anxiety scores(45.56±2.9)and depression scores(42.76±2.9)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of postpartum hemorrhage(6%),1 case of eclampsia(1%),3 cases of neonatal distress(6%)in the study group.There were total of 10 cases of complications(13%).There were 10 cases of postpartum hemorrhage(20%),9 cases of eclampsia(18%),10 cases of neonatal distress(20%)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Die nursing combined psychological intervention used in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce anxiety and depression level,reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.It is worthy of recommendation.
