七味白术散合补阳还五汤加减治疗2型糖尿病脾虚湿困证疗效评价

Evaluation of Qiweibaishu Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Syndrome

目的探讨七味白术散合补阳还五汤加减治疗2型糖尿病脾虚湿困证疗效。方法以随机的方式选取36例在该院进行2型糖尿病脾虚湿困证治疗的患者作为本次调查对比的对象,病例选取时间为2016年3月-2018年9月。根据随机的方式将参与该次调查的患者分为对照组和实验组,每组18例患者。对照组给予患者常规治疗,实验组给予患者七味白术散合补阳还五汤加减治疗。观察对照组和实验组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后对照组中医证候积分高于实验组,空腹血糖高于实验组、餐后2h血糖高于实验组、体质量指数高于实验组,经对比结果证实两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病脾虚湿困证治疗中,可采取七味白术散合补阳还五汤加减方治疗方式,治疗显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qiweibaishu Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.Methods Thirty-six patients who were treated with type 2 diabetes spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this survey.The case selection time was from March 2016 to September 2018.The patients participating in the survey were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to a random method,and each group received 18 patients.The control group was given routine treatment to the patients,and the experimental group was given the treatment of Qiwei Baishu Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The clinical therapeutic effects of the control group and the experimental group were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group.The fasting blood glucose was higher than that in the experimental group and 2 hours after the meal.The blood glucose was higher than the experimental group and the body mass index was higher than the experimental group.The comparison between the two groups confirmed that the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,Qiweibaishu Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction can be adopted.The treatment is remarkable and worthy of clinical application.
