外科手术合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Surgical Patients with Diabetes

目的探究外科手术合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理体会。方法将2017年3月-2018年3月该院普外科收治的114例合并糖尿病患者纳入研究主体对象范畴,结合患者个人意愿将所有患者划分为各组57例的对照组及观察组;对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行围手术期护理,对比两组患者的并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果①在围手术期并发症发生率方面,观察组的1.75%与对照组的14.03%比较明显更低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在护理总满意度方面,观察组的94.74%,与对照组的75.44%比较明显更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术合并糖尿病患者实行围手术期护理干预的效果显著,能大大降低围手术期并发症发生率提高护理满意度,有利于机体康复,值得在临床护理领域中使用推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing experience of perioperative period in patients with surgery and diabetes.Methods 114 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were included in the subject area of the study.All patients were divided into control group and observation group of 57 patients in each group according to their personal willings.The control group underwent routine care,and patients in the observation group under-went perioperative care,comparing the complication rate and satisfaction of the two groups.Results 1.In the perioperative complication rate,1.75%of the observation group was significantly lower than 14.03%of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of total satisfaction of nursing,94.74%of the observation group was significantly higher than 75.44%of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with diabetes and surgery is significant.It can greatly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is conducive to the recovery of the body and worthy of promotion in the field of clinical nursing.
