探讨老年糖尿病低血糖的预防及其护理效果

Exploring the Prevention and Nursing Effect of Hypoglycemia in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的研究分析老年糖尿病低血糖的预防及护理对策。方法选择该院2017年6月-2018年6月期间收治的糖尿病患者68例,分成对照组和观察组两组,每组34例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上给予预防低血糖干预,对比两组患者的干预效果,并总结其护理措施。结果观察组发生低血糖的例数显著低于对照组、健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病患者进行低血糖预防干预,可有效的降低低血糖的发生,且应给予低血糖患者实施相应护理。

Objective To study the prevention and nursing strategies of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,34 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was based on the control group and the intervention to prevent hypoglycemia was given,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared,and the nursing measures were summarized.Results The number of hypoglycemia cases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the degree of health knowledge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypoglycemia prevention intervention for diabetic patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,and patients with hypoglycemia should be given corresponding nursing care.
