老年糖尿病患者糖尿病足的相关危险因素分析及护理干预体会

Analysis of Risk Factors Related to Diabetic Foot in Elderly Diabetic Patients and Experience in Nursing Intervention

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者糖尿病足的相关危险因素分析及护理干预体会。方法以随机的方式选取100例在该院进行老年糖尿病患者糖尿病足治疗的患者作为研究调查对象,病例选取时间为2016年9月-2018年9月。分析影响糖尿症足的原因并制定护理干预方式。结果经治疗后,患者的MCV、SCV水平明显改善,和治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且遵医嘱行为和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导致老年老年糖尿病患者发生糖尿病足的因素比较多,因此应根据患者实际情况以及影响因素制定合理的护理干预计划,提升患者遵医程度,最大程度的降低糖尿病发生机率。

Objective To investigate the risk factors and nursing intervention of diabetic foot in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients who underwent diabetic foot treatment in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects.The case selection time was from September 2016 to September 2018.Analyze the causes of diabetes-induced foot and develop a method of nursing intervention.Results After treatment,the patients'MCV and SCV levels were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors leading to diabetic foot in elderly patients with diabetes.Therefore,a reasonable nursing intervention plan should be established according to the actual situation and influencing factors of patients,and the degree of compliance of patients should be improved to minimize the incidence of diabetes.
