甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖的控制及护理效果

Control of Postoperative Blood Glucose and Nursing Effect in Patients with Thyroid Cancer Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖的控制及护理体会。方法选取2015年12月-2018年12月该院进行治疗的甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者32例进行分析,随机平分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上加用优化护理,比对两组患者护理后的血糖水平和并发症发生率。结果在护理后,研究组的空腹血糖值明显低于对照组;对照组的并发症发生率是18.75%,研究组的并发症发生率是6.25%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后加用优化护理,可以有效控制血糖,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the control and nursing experience of postoperative blood glucose in patients with thyroid cancer complicated with diabetes.Methods Thirty-two patients with thyroid cancer and diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group received routine care and the study group was based on the control group added optimized care,compare the blood glucose levels and complication rates of the two groups of patients after care.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the complication rate of the control group was 18.75%,and the complication rate of the study group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing after thyroid cancer complicated with diabetes can effectively control blood glucose and reduce complications.
