探讨中医护理在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用

Exploring the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究分析中医护理对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法根据2016年12月-2017年12月该院接收的糖尿病肾病患者127例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者分成了对照组和干预组,对照组64例使用常规护理,干预组63例使用中医护理,护理两周后,对两组的尿蛋白定量,尿蛋白排泄率进行对比分析。结果经过护理,干预组有68.25%的患者护理有效,对照组有59.38%的患者护理有效,两组的临床护理有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的24h尿蛋白和UAER均比对照组低,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组的降低幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论中医护理对早期糖尿病肾病具有降低24h尿蛋白定量、UAER的效果,患者接受治疗后,可以改善病情,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM nursing on patients with early diabetic nephropathy and provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods According to 127 patients with diabetic nephropathy received from our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into control group and intervention group,and 64 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.63 patients in the intervention group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.After two weeks of nursing,the urine protein quantitation and urine protein excretion rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,68.25%of the patients in the intervention group were effective,and 59.38%of the patients in the control group were effective.The clinical nursing efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24-hour representative of the intervention group of the UAER were lower than the control group,and the results were statistically different.The results were statistically different(P<0.05),and the reduction of the intervention group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing has the effect of reducing 24 h urine protein and UAER in early diabetic nephropathy.After receiving treatment,patients can improve the condition and can be promoted and used in clinic.
