糖尿病的基本病机-脾虚毒郁

Basic Pathogenesis of Diabetes-Spleen Deficiency

糖尿病多以“消渴病”来辨证论治,但糖尿病与传统消渴病有很大的不同,其诊断主要依据血糖来定,因此着眼于消渴病的“阴虚为本、燥热为标”的病机来治疗糖尿病不能完全契合其病机,用传统医学的理论结合结合现代医学来阐释糖尿病,其基本病机“脾虚毒郁”更接近糖尿病的病机实质。

Diabetes is often treated by syndrome differentiation,but diabetes is very different from traditional diabetes.Its diagnosis is mainly based on blood glucose.Therefore,it focuses on the yin deficiency and the heat pathogenesis to treat diabetes,which can not fully match its pathogenesis,using traditional medical theory combined with modern medicine to explain diabetes,the basic pathogenesis of"spleen deficiency and poisonous depression"is closer to the pathogenesis of diabetes.
