摘要
目的了解自贡市羊肉汤馆员工布鲁菌病(布病)感染率情况和危险因素,为采取防控措施提供参考。方法选取自贡市羊肉汤馆从业人员进行问卷调查和血清学检查。结果共调查332人,虎红平板实验(RBPT)初筛阳性16人,阳性率4.82%,试管凝集实验(SAT)检测滴度≥1∶100者4人。自贡市71%(5/7)的区县均有感染者分布。羊肉汤馆员工中20.2%同时承担了羊屠宰和生肉加工工作,感染率为8.96%。从业时间越久,感染风险越高。结论相关部门应禁止羊肉汤馆当街屠宰羊,将羊肉汤馆员工作为布鲁菌病高危人群进行管理。
Subjective To examine the brucellosis infection rate and risk factors of brucellosis infection of mutton restaurant workers in Zigong,so as to provide references for implementing prevention and control measures.Methods Questionnaire survey and serum test were made for mutton restaurant workers in Zigong.Results A total sample of 332 workers was investigated.16 workers showed positive results in Rose-Bengal Plate agglutination test(RBPT);the positive rate was 4.82%.4 of workers with positive results on RBPT detected titer≥1∶100 on Standard tube agglutination test(SAT).The infected persons distributed in 71%(5/7)of districts of Zigong.20.2%of mutton restaurant workers undertook sheep slaughtering and raw meat process work,with an infection rate of 8.96%.The infection risk of workers increased with their working duration in mutton restaurant.Conclusion The relevant departments should prohibit mutton restaurant slaughtering sheep on street.Mutton restaurant worker should be managed as brucellosis high risk group.
