2013-2017年绵阳市游仙区托幼机构传染病流行特征

Epidemic Characteristics of Infectious Diseases in Kindergarten of Youxian District of Mianyang City From 2013 to 2017

目的分析2013-2017年绵阳市游仙区托幼机构传染病流行病学特征,为制定幼托机构的传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法对2013-2017年绵阳市游仙区托幼机构法定传染病的发病资料进行统计分析。结果2013-2017年共报告绵阳市游仙区托幼机构传染病10种,共计1 287例,年均发病率为1 904.24/10万。发病数居前5位的病种依次是手足口病、流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎、水痘和其他感染性腹泻。4-6月和10-12月是发病高峰期,农村、城郊结合部发病率高于城区(χ^2=20.900,P<0.01),民办高于公办(χ^2=375.92,P<0.01),男性高于女性(χ^2=28.74,P<0.01)。结论绵阳市游仙区托幼机构是传染病防控工作重点,手足口病、流行性感冒和流行腮腺炎是重点防控传染病。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases in the childcare institutions of Youxian District of Mianyang City from 2013 to 2017,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases.Methods Statistical analysis was carried out by using the pathogenic data of statutory infectious diseases in childcare institutions of Youxiann District during 2013-2017.Results From 2013 to 2017,a total of 10 kinds of infectious diseases were reported from childcare institutions in Youxian District of Mianyang City,there were 1 287 cases,the annual incidence rate was 1 904.24/105.The top 5 diseases were hand-foot-mouth diseases(HFMD),influenza,mumps,chickenpox and infectious diarrhea.From April to June and October to December were the two peak periods,the incidences of rural and suburban area were higher than that of urban areas(χ^2=20.900,P<0.01),incidence of private kindergartens was higher than that in the public institutions(χ^2=375.92,P<0.01),incidence rate of male was higher than that of female(χ^2=28.74,P<0.01).Conclusion The childcare institutions in Youxian District of Mianyang City are the focus of infectious disease to prevention and control,hand-foot and mouth disease,influenza and epidemic mumps are the key infectious diseases to prevention and control.
