摘要
目的为了解新型灭螺药吡螺脲对四川山丘型钉螺灭螺效果,进行了室内浸杀试验效果观察。方法配制浓度为4、2、1、0.5、0.25 mg/L吡螺脲药液10 L(以有效浓度计),每组浸入钉螺90只,于24 h、48 h、72 h时观察记录钉螺死亡情况,同时设2 mg/L氯硝柳胺对照组和去氯水空白组。率的比较采用χ^2检验。结果吡螺脲组钉螺死亡率由低浓度到高浓度组时间越长死亡率越高(χ^2=50.61,P<0.05),其中吡螺脲(4 mg/L)组与氯硝柳胺(2 mg/L)组死亡率相同达100%;吡螺脲组24 h、48 h、72 h平均死亡率分别为62.00%、88.67%和91.33%。结论吡螺脲4 mg/L时,杀螺效果达到国家《农药登记用杀钉螺剂药效试验方法和评价》中所规定室内药效评价指标,其它吡螺脲组也有杀螺效果,且随剂量增加作用时间越长杀螺效果越好。
Objective In order to understand the effect of the new snail-killing drug-pironiclurea on the hill-type oncomelania in sichuan province,this experiment was carried out in laboratory.Methods The pironiclurea solution 10 L with preparation concentration of 4,2,1,0.5,0.25 mg/L(in terms of effective concentration)were prepared.90 snails were immersed in each group,the snail deaths were observed and recorded at 24 h,48 h and 72 h.At the same time,2 mg/L niclosamide as control group and chlorine water as blank group were set.Results The mortality of the oncomelania in pironiclurea group increased with the increase of time from low concentration to high concentration(χ^2=50.61,P<0.05),the mortality among them of the pironiclurea(4 mg/L)group and the nitrosamide(2 mg/L)group reached 100%.The mean mortality of the pironiclurea group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h were 62.00%,88.67%and 91.33%,respectively.Conclusion When the concentration of pironiclurea was 4 mg/L,the snail-killing effect reached the indoor efficacy evaluation indexes specified in the National Efficacy Test Methods and Evaluation of Snails for Pesticide Registration.Other groups of pironiclurea also had killing effect,as the dose increased and the dose works longer,the killing effect would be better.
