慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗的价值及相关指标观察

The Value of Eradication Therapy of Helicobacter Pylori in Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Observation Of Related Indexes

目的探讨慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗的价值及相关指标。方法方便选择2017年5月—2018年2月该院收治的70例慢性胃炎患者。随机分组,三联治疗组采取常规幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗方案治疗,三联治疗+益生菌组则采取常规幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗方案+益生菌治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;幽门螺杆菌根除的时间、症状消失的时间、炎症吸收时间;治疗前后患者胃泌素水平、血浆胃动素、生活质量水平、症状积分水平;不良反应。结果三联治疗+益生菌组总有效100.00%高于三联治疗组总有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.621,P=0.002<0.05)。三联治疗+益生菌组幽门螺杆菌根除的时间、症状消失的时间、炎症吸收时间(5.11±1.21)、(6.11±1.42)、(5.13±0.24)d更短,差异有统计学意义(t=6.835、6.831、6.214,P=0.000<0.05),三联治疗组与三联治疗+益生菌组不良反应发生率均为8.57%,两组未见严重不良反应,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05)。结论常规幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗方案+益生菌治疗慢性胃炎可获得较好预后。

Objective To investigate the value and related indicators of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Seventy patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February2018 were convenient enrolled.Randomly grouped,the triple therapy group was treated with conventional helicobacter pylori eradication treatment,and the triple therapy+probiotic group was treated with conventional helicobacter pylori eradication treatment and probiotics.The curative effect,the time of eradication of helicobacter pylori,the time of disappearance of symptoms,the time of inflammation absorption,the levels of gastrin,plasma motilin,quality of life,and symptom score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of triple therapy+probiotic group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of triple therapy group,80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.621,P=0.002<0.05).The time of helicobacter pylori eradication,the time of symptom disappearance,and the time of inflammation absorption in triple therapy+probiotic group were(5.11±1.21),(6.11±1.42),(5.13±0.24)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.835,6.831,6.214,P=0.000<0.05),which were shorter than those in the triple treatment group.The incidence of adverse reactions with the triple therapy plus probiotic group was 8.57%.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05).Conclusion Conventional helicobacter pylori eradication treatment+probiotics for chronic gastritis can obtain a good prognosis.
