第二恒磨牙远中牙龈高度与牙周病的相关性探讨

The Relationship Between the Height of the Second Permanent Molar and the Periodontal Disease

目的探讨第二恒磨牙远中牙龈高度与牙周病的相关性。方法方便选取2016年10月—2017年10月该院口腔科门诊收治的检查第二恒磨牙的患者60例,随机分为两组,A组为第二恒磨牙远中牙龈高患者,B组为第二恒磨牙远中牙龈低患者,观察两组患者的牙周病发病情况以及牙龈高度对比情况。结果B组患者牙周病发病率为13.3%,A组患者牙周病发病率为36.7%,B组牙周病发病率显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组检查后一周、两周、三周、四周的平均牙龈高度变化情况分别是(0.0012±0.0017)、(0.0015±0.0008)、(-0.0023±0.0015)、(-0.0040±0.0015)mm,(t=9.214、10.497、12.012、11.975),统计显示平均牙龈高度变化显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论第二恒磨牙远中牙龈高度越低的患者患牙周病几率越小,牙齿相对更加健康,保持良好的口腔清洁习惯可以有效预防牙周病。

Objective To explore the correlation between the distal gingival height of the second permanent molar and periodontal disease.Methods Sixty patients with the second permanent molar who were admitted to the department of stomatology in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups,group A was the second permanent molar with a high gingival height patients,and group B was the second permanent molar in the distal gingival patients.The incidence of periodontal disease and the comparison of gingival height were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence rate of periodontal disease was 13.3%in group B,36.7%in group A,and the different was significant(P<0.05).The average gingival height changes in group B at one week,two weeks,three weeks and four weeks after the examination were(0.001 2±0.001 7)、(0.001 5±0.000 8)、(-0.002 3±0.001 5)、(-0.004 0±0.001 5)mm(t=9.214,10.497,12.012,11.975).Statistically,the average gingival height changes in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower the distance between the second permanent molar and the lower gingival height,the lower the chance of periodontal disease and the healthier teeth.Maintaining good oral hygiene can effectively prevent periodontal disease.
