支撑喉镜联合喉窥镜下射频治疗会厌囊肿疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Epiglottic Cyst with Laryngoscope Combined with Laryngoscope

目的通过对会厌囊肿患者在支撑喉镜联合喉窥镜下使用不同的手术方案,观察其临床效果,探究不同手术方案的临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2014年1月—2018年10月的会厌部囊肿患者中随机抽取120例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组60例:实施单纯手术切除,观察组60例:实施手术与射频联合治疗。比较两组的患者出血量和手术时间、会厌囊肿评分。结果观察组术中出血量为(2.08±0.67)mL,低于对照组(t=9.897,P<0.05),术后出血量为(0.46±0.08)mL,低于对照组(t=11.352,P<0.05),手术时间为(8.85±1.24)min,低于对照组(t=9.134,P<0.05);观察组治疗前会厌囊肿评分为(5.35±0.64)分,与同时期的对照组差异无统计学意义(t=1.231,P>0.05),治疗后为(0.67±0.32)分,低于同时期对照组(t=13.753,P<0.05);观察组治疗后囊肿评分低于治疗前(t=16.234,P<0.05),对照组治疗后囊肿评分低于治疗前(t=11.860,P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜联合喉窥镜下射频治疗会厌囊肿患者,可有效降低术中出血量、术后出血量、手术时间,会厌囊肿恢复较快,是一项值得推广应用的科学方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and explore the clinical characteristics of different surgical procedures for epiglottic cysts by using different surgical procedures under the support laryngoscope combined with laryngoscope.Methods A totla of 120 patients with epiglottic cysts were randomly selected from January 2014 to October 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)with simple surgical excision and observation group(60 cases)with surgery and radiofrequency cmbined therapy.The bleeding volume,operation time and epiglottic cyst score were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was(2.08±0.67)mL,which was lower than that in the control group(t=9.897,P<0.05).And the postoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was(0.46±0.08)mL,which was lower than that in the control group(t=11.352,P<0.05).The operative time was(8.85±1.24)min,which was lower than that in the control group(t=9.134,P<0.05).The score of epiglottic cyst in the observation group before treatment was(5.35±0.64)points.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(t=1.231,P>0.05).After treatment,the score of observation group(0.67±0.32)points was lower than that of the control group(t=13.753,P<0.05).After treatment,the score of cyst in the observation group was lower than that before treatment(t=16.234,P<0.05),while the score of cyst in the control group was lower than that before treatment(t=11.860,P<0.05).Conclusion Supporting laryngoscope combined with radio frequency under laryngoscope can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during and after operation,and reduce the operation time.The recovery of epiglottic cyst is fast.It is a scientific method worthy of popularization and application.
