呼出气一氧化氮监测与老年支气管哮喘患者与肺功能的效果观察及肺功能影响评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮监测与老年支气管哮喘患者与肺功能的效果观察及肺功能影响。方法方便选取2016年10月—2018年7月收治的研究对象为64例老年支气管哮喘患者,按照病情进展分为两组,即观察1组(急性发作期)与观察2组(缓解期),各32例,同期选择32名健康体检人员作为研究对象--对照组。结果观察1组呼出气一氧化氮(121.52±10.32)ppb、血清总IgE(352.12±12.45)IU/mL、观察2组呼出气一氧化氮(60.52±3.45)ppb、血清总IgE(221.52±10.51)IU/mL均高于对照组呼出气一氧化氮(21.65±0.52)ppb、血清总IgE(92.01±5.32)IU/mL(t=54.67、63.02、31.71,P<0.05)。观察1组最大呼气流量(56.01±1.32)%、第一秒用力呼气容积(58.23±1.45)%、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(60.05±1.23)%低于对照组[最大呼气流量(63.32±2.14)%、第一秒用力呼气容积(72.01±2.32)%、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(80.25±5.21)%]与观察2组[最大呼气流量(62.85±2.10)%、第一秒用力呼气容积(70.95±2.30)%、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(78.98±5.17)%](t=20.95、15.60,P=0.01;t=28.49、26.40,P=0.01;t=21.35、20.15,P=0.01);但观察2组的最大呼气流量、第一秒用力呼气容积、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.89、1.89、0.98,P=0.38、0.06、0.33,P>0.05)。结论老年支气管哮喘患者选择呼出气一氧化氮检测具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of exhaled nitric oxide monitoring and pulmonary function in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with bronchial asthma were convenient selected and enrolled from October 2016 to July 2018.According to the progression of the disease,they were divided into observation group 1(acute attack period)and observation group 2(remission period),32 cases in each group.And 32 healthy medical examiners were selected as the study subjects in the same period.Results Exhaled nitric oxide and serum total IgE of group 1 and group 2 were(121.52±10.32)ppb,(352.12±12.45)IU/mL,(60.52±3.45)ppb,and(221.52±10.51)IU/mL respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(21.65±0.52)ppb and(92.01±5.32)IU/mL(t=54.67,63.02,31.71,P<0.05).The maximum expiratory flow rate(56.01±1.32)%,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(58.23±1.45)%,and the forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the predicted value(60.05±1.23)%in group 1 were lower than those in the control group and observation group 2,(63.32±2.14)%,(72.01±2.32)%,(80.25±5.21)%,(62.85±2.10)%,(70.95±2.30)%,and(78.98±5.17)%(t=20.95,15.60,P=0.01;t=28.49,26.40,P=0.01;t=21.35,20.15,P=0.01).However,the maximum expiratory flow rate,the forced expiratory volume in the first second,and the forced expiratory volume in the first second accounted for the predicted percentage in the group 2 had no difference from those in the control group(t=0.89,1.89,0.98,P=0.38,0.06,0.33,P>0.05).Conclusion The choice of exhaled nitric oxide in elderly patients with bronchial asthma has a high clinical value.
