摘要
高校在提高教学水平和科研水平的同时,也需要高质量的后勤服务为其提供保障。本文根据长安大学的学生需求构建了长安大学后勤服务满意度的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法对其进行了测评,最后运用相关评价分析法对长安大学后勤服务满意度进行了实证研究。结果表明,学生对宿舍工作人员的态度、饭卡充值人员的态度和图书馆卫生的满意度的分值较高,而对餐饮服务、物业服务和其他服务的满意度的分值较低。
While improving the level of teaching and research,colleges and universities also need high-quality logistics services to provide them with protection. According to the students' needs of Chang'an University,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of logistics service satisfaction of Chang'an University,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate it. Finally,it uses the relevant evaluation analysis to conduct an empirical study on the life satisfaction level of Chang'an University students. The results show that the students' scores on the attitude of the staff of the dormitory,the attitude of the rechargers of the meal card and the satisfaction of the library are higher,while the scores of satisfaction with the catering service,property service and other services are lower.
