大数据时代财经类院校管理科学专业人才培养模式——以“教学质量国家标准”为指导

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Management Science in Colleges of Finance and Economics in the Era of Big Data——Guided by ’the National Standards for Teaching Quality’

依据《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》对管理科学专业国家标准进行概要介绍和解读。通过分析财经类院校管理科学专业的特点,以及大数据时代下管理科学专业人才需具备的能力素质,在国标指导下提出财经类院校管理科学专业培养目标。最后以山西财经大学为例,按照国家标准,设计了新的人才培养模式,包括培养目标、学制学位、培养规格、培养特色和课程体系,为我国高校管理科学本科专业人才培养提供参考。

According to the National Standards for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality in Colleges and Universities,this paper introduced and interpretedthe national standards for Management Sciencemajor. By analyzing the characteristics of Management Science in colleges of finance and economics,as well as the abilities and qualities being called for Management Science professionals in the new era,we propose the new training target under the guidance of the National Standards.In the fianl part,we take Shanxi University of Finance and Economics as an example and design a whole new training mode following the national standards covering traing target,academic degree,training specifications,training characteristics and curriculum system,which is helpful forthe cultivation of undergraduate professional talents of Management Science in China.
